Okay, if you work in the animation industry, then you might be able to answer my question.
How the hell do pilots work?
Some have told me that I'm supposed to produce the pilot independently, while others have told me that I'm supposed to just write a script and turn it in with my pitch bible at the pitch meeting. What do I do? At the moment, I'm only seventeen years old, not even in college yet. So I'm well aware that my opportunity to pitch a show to a network is quite a while way. Basically, what I'm asking is whether or not it's too early for me to start working on a pilot.
